There may be mild inconsistencies in the warp, weft, shade, motif and/or thread pulls owing to the delicate as well as lightweight nature of the sarees and their weaves. These indicators of incidental imperfections aren’t flaws, but marks that make a natural product charming and unique. All items are shot in natural light. We try to capture the color and texture as accurately as possible. What you see is real. However, due to different display methods, the color in the picture may be slightly different from the real thing and so any returns or exchanges will not be accepted on the grounds of a color mismatch.
We have implemented a strict "No Return/Exchange" policy and we remain transparent about it to prevent any misunderstandings: Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, except in the case of damages. All of our products are scrupulously inspected for defects before dispatch. In rare instances where an item is received in a damaged condition, please contact us via DMs or email ayafiofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. To vindicate the claim of a damaged item, you are required to make an opening video of the product from start to end without any cuts and indicate the defect.
